Lancaster Locksmiths & Security, Payment & Late Fee Terms

PAYMENT & LATE FEE TERMS

Payment for any works completed by Lancaster Locksmiths & Security and/or for any products supplied by Lancaster Locksmiths & Security and/or Lancaster Security Supplies is due within 7 days of the issued invoice date, unless specified differently on the issued invoice.

Invoices not paid by the initial invoice due date sent by LL&S and/or LSS may incur a late payment administration fee.
Accounts remaining unpaid 30 days after the due date may also be charged interest at 2% per month, calculated daily on the outstanding balance.

Any reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts may be charged to the customer.

By accepting any quote from LL&S or LLS, verbally or electronically, and/or proceeding with works discussed on site that are would otherwise be classed as new works and/or variations to be added to an existing quote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above payment and late fee terms for all works.

If a payment plan  for any payment and/or invoice has been pre-arranged, that changes the above Payment & Late Fee Terms for your payment, proof of such agreement/payment plan must be made available to the applicable staff member from LL&S and/or LSS if requested. Any such payment plan must show; the Agreed date payment will be made, The name of the member of staff who created the new payment plan, and confirmation from the staff member that the newly suggested date has been officially “Confirmed C.O.I.D For Invoice/Quote”.

If proof of the above can not be provided it is the decision of a designated member of staff from LL&S or LSS to enforce the above Payment & Late Fee Terms.
